Today we went to the Comal County Parade. It was our first time. Last year we didn't go and the year before we were in it, so this was our first for just sitting there and watching. My kids enjoyed themselves. They were pretty good until Brooklyn found and stick and wanted to keep dipping it into the water fountain and Jack would follow her. I just know he was going to fall in! Melva saved us great seats under a nice big oak tree so we watched Rikki and the other locals entertain us as they went by. Here are some pics. Enjoy! I will post later tonight or in the A.M about the game tonight. Oh congrats Rikki for making the HOMECOMING COURT! We need new Tee's that say King Rikki on them now! :)

the parade was fun. but we didn't have good seats under a tree. boy was it hot.
its so fun to be in this little town and enjoy the country atmosphere.
the parade looks like a blast! when is the octoberfest? or whatever it is called?
