Happy Birthday Joel!

He does have the best sense of humor! There is never a dull moment when Joel is around. He use to do these two things that drove me crazy back in college, but to this day I still laugh when I think about him doing them...

(1) If someone was in a bad mood he would pretend they were having a seizure and hold them down while he tried to keep them from choking on their tongue.

(2) While going through the drive thru he would purposely hold his hand in a strange way to make it look like it was deformed. The people trying to give him the change never knew how to respond to it. He made so many people uncomfortable!

Hope you have a good one!

Tara you are exactly right...he brings a feeling of uncomfort, but then you can't help to laugh...he really is that funny. I'm glad he is my brother. He always knows exactly how to make a frown turn into a gut full of laughter!

Happy Birthday Joel! We're so lucky to have a friend like you! He really is a great speaker. On Sunday, Nicole leaned over and said that he sounds like he's an apostle because he's so great at speaking. What a compliment! It probably is because he has such an awesome wife :)

Joel definitely can make me laugh. I have some pretty fond memories of spending a few weeks each summer with Joel when he came to BYU camp.
Sleeping out and having "feelings" in the middle of the night with Paige and Aaron, to run up and down the street or go get peas from the neighbors garden.
Having "Grandma fests" and laughing until I about peed my pants!
Sneaking into her fridge when she wasn't looking only to find moldy cheese.
And yes, I know the handicapped act he used to do in the store.
You are a great cousin Joel, we sure love you over here in Utah :)
Hope you had a great day!
