Tonight I had the Young Women over for an activity of me teaching them how to cook and set and table, etc. Brooklyn stayed behind so that she could gain as much attention from the YW as possible. At first she ran around the living room in circles singing the Judson Fight song! Then while fixing dinner she starts on the subject of Rocketman & Rocketgirl (Judson mascots) and no one could understand what she was saying, but let me tell you she thought it was extremely important! Anyways, one of the girls has an aunt that lives by the school and she says Oh yea i know what she is talking about I couldn't believe that is there mascot! And not to dis on Judson, but come on have you seen rocketgirl, I will try to post a picture. Anyways I said, "Yea poor rocket girl she just isn't very cute!" I turned around and by the look on Brooklyn's face I would've just stole her best friend! We laughed and I thought she got over it. Then Joel came home and thats when I got busted! She told him that I said that Rocketgirl wasn't very cute and I owed rocketgirl an apology! I laughed it off and said told Brooklyn that I was sorry. She then told me that she was going to tell Rocketgirl what I said. I tried to get through to her that I can't tell rocketgirl because that would hurt her feelings more and that telling her was fine. I am afraid I am going to get Double Busted by her telling rocketgirl at one of the games! I would be mortified!

You know she will tell Rocket girl the first chance she gets...it is just the way 3 year olds are. :)
Rory has gotten me in trouble a few times because of the things she's said... I'm still trying to learn what I should say and what I shouldn't say when my kids are around.
And they seem to fixate on the most horrible things that slip out of our mouths!!
